Most people think they are done growing when they reach about 16-19 years of age. This is not true. In fact, if you do the proper workouts, you can increase your height as much as 4 inches, even at age 25, or even age 40! Here is one thing that doesn't work, as well as the one thing that can increase your height drastically!
Do Not Take Pills!
I see advertisements almost every day that promise to make you taller if you take their pills. These pills are just useless herbs and NONE of them are FDA Approved. If the Food and Drug Administration wont support the companies making these pills, then it's obvious that they have no benefits.
These pills are very effective in 1 aspect though; They are great at stealing your money! Don't fall for these scams.
Spine Lengthening!
This sounds drastic and impossible, but it's not. As a matter of fact this is the only way that you can grow taller. As you stand, your spine and hips naturally settle down as much as 2 inches. You need to focus on getting those inches back in order to be the height that you should be. As you get older, your back sags more and more. This only means that the older you are, the taller you can potentially be! Posture is everything in growing taller.
Work on standing tall and straightening your spine whenever you are sitting or standing. It is important to stretch every day to help loosen your spine and get full height.
